Welcome to Siya, a website and online service owned and operated by OAKS(“Siya”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of www.heysiya.ai (the “Website”), Siya’s AI-powered tools for automated question paper generation, grading, and report creation, and all associated services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, registering, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Siya’s Services.

Understand that violation of these terms may result in account suspension.

4. User Conduct

To maintain the integrity of Siya’s Services, users must not:

Upload or share offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Attempt to hack, manipulate, or bypass Siya’s security features.
Use automated bots or scraping techniques to extract AI-generated content.
Interfere with the AI system, website, or network in a way that disrupts other users.

Siya reserves the right to monitor and suspend or terminate accounts violating these guidelines.

5. User-Generated Content

By submitting any content (e.g., custom questions, feedback, or comments) within Siya, you grant Siya a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content to improve AI performance and Services.
Siya has the right to review, remove, or moderate user-generated content at any time.

6. Account Responsibility

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Siya is not liable for any unauthorized access due to a breach of account security.

7. AI Generated Content Disclaimer

Siya utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate question papers, automated grading, and educational reports.

While AI-generated content is designed to be accurate and efficient, we do not guarantee that all content will be error-free or bias-free.
Teachers and educational institutions must review AI-generated content before using it in assessments or official documents.
Siya is not responsible for any misinterpretation or incorrect educational material generated by the AI.

8. Payment and Subscription (If Applicable)

Siya offers both free and premium subscription plans.

Free Users have access to limited features.
Paid Users gain access to advanced AI tools and personalized reports.

8.1 Payments

If you purchase a premium plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees.
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Siya explicitly offers a refund.

8.2 Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
To cancel your subscription, visit account settings or email contact@heysiya.ai.

9. Limitation of Liability

Siya provides all Services “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always accurate.
Siya is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
In no case shall Siya’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the past six months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Siya Game will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.
